Stand Up and Stand Out!

A new breed of revivalist is arising to answer the cry of Gods heart. These blazing hearts are calling cities and nations back to the Lord, and challenging societies to be transformed by the power and love of God.

These revivalists within the Jesus Culture are a significant force to be heeded. Do not expect them to fade into the background or disappear any time soon. They are only now arising.

These revivalists are marked by four things:

They honor those who went before them. A passionate love for Jesus responding to His great love for them and all humankind. A life of prayer with confidence in Gods goodness and desire to respond to prayer. The supernatural power of God (healing, signs and wonders, prophesy, etc.).Learn more about the Jesus Culture from author Banning Liebscher who has worked in full-time youth and young adult ministry for more than a decade.

Become more by joining the ranks of this new breed that is not afraid to stand up and stand out for God during this crucial time in history.

ENDORSEMENTS

God is raising up an army of young, on-fire revivalists destined to awaken the nations of the earth. Jesus Culture gives them their marching orders to set on fire a new generation of passionate change agents.

Read this book and youll be changed. Live this book and the world will changed too.

Jesus Culture is not just another book about revival. The pages cry out for change with the kind of urgency that makes you want to jump out of your chair and onto your knees. It rekindles a passion that I believe should be in the heart of every Christian who is intimately connected to Jesus and eager to see the world experience the life-changing power of the Savior. Pastor Banning brings all the essential elements of revival into balance: the importance of spiritual authority while allowing a burning love for Jesus to develop into a passion for prayer to not only see but demonstrate the supernatural. I would recommend this book for any young person or pastor alike, wanting to be reminded again of the cry of Gods heart for cities saved and entire nations turned to Him.

JUDAH SMITH

youth ministry of The City Church, Seattle, WA

In a deteriorating world system of false foundation, there arises a God breed of modern-day John the Baptizers willingly and fully committed to Christ and His Kingdom culture no matter what! Banning Liebscher is one such champion leader in the emerging youth generation, crying out to the generations of the nations and preparing the way of the Lord. This is a must-read prophetic and instructional manual to inform and equip you for what is ahead.

DR. CHAHN
Senior PastorHarvest Rock Church, Pasadena, CA
PresidentHarvest International Ministry

God always provides a prophetic voice for each generation to mobilize and equip them for their destiny. Banning Liebscher is one of those voices for this generation. Few have the privilege to experience a sustained move of God that transforms communities such as Redding, California. Jesus Culture contains real, life-changing experiences and lessons that will both inspire and equip those who feel the call as a new-breed revivalist. I highly recommend that anyone who hungers for a move of God devour this book.

This book gives a generation permission to live a powerful life with God. It shows you that there is freedom to pursue your passions and impact the culture around you for the Kingdom. There is revelation in this book that will go into your foundation and accelerate you into your destiny. But underlying all of it, it inspires you to pursue intimacy with Him.

Above the incessant noise of human activity
we have heard the sound of marching
that tells us God is on the move.

ARTHUR WALLIS

It is God revealing himself to man
in awful holiness and irresistible power.
It is such a manifest working of God
that human personalities are overshadowed,
and human programs abandoned.
It is man retiring into the background
because God has taken the field.
It is the lord making bare his holy arm,
and working in extraordinary power
on saint and sinner.

TABLE OF CONTENTS
FOREWORD BY BILL JOHNSON

One of my greatest joys is to help others find their purpose in life. I wish I could say it happens often; it doesnt. But when it does, it is so wonderful that I actually end with up a greater sense of personal completeness. We are all strengthened when someone we care about succeeds. Such is the case in my personal involvement with Banning Liebscher. He has said such an absolute yes to God, and he has stepped into the wonderful discovery of his calling much earlier in life than most and with a depth that is rare in people twice his age. And we are stronger because of it.

I did something a bit unusual for me while reading this book. I tried to remove myself and my knowledge of Banning from the picture as much as possible. I then pondered over the material as though it were the writings of a highly respected revivalist in their 70s, still burning for God. I was amazed. It still fit. It was then I knew that what I felt about this book was more than a personal bias. The maturity and depth of Bannings ministry is well represented in
