Hi, everyone! Its great to have you here. If youre new to my books, I really hope youre about to find the inspiration and motivation youre searching for. If youve read my Honesty Diet and youre back for more, Im impressed! I hope youll love this book every bit as much as you did the first.

Ive stepped things up a bit in Book Two, and as well as bringing you loads of lovely new recipes and kick-ass workout plans to help keep things fun, interesting and easy to stick to, its all about taking you to the next stage of healthy living, re-emphasizing the importance of honesty, and learning how to take care of yourself in the way that you should:

  • emotionally
  • physically
  • for the long term

Losing weight begins as much in your head and heart as it does in the gym or the kitchen. You have to like and respect yourself enough to know that youre worthy of feeling amazing every single day of your life. In the pages of this book youll find tons of tools that will help you to do exactly that.

This isnt a fast fix, this is about forever.

As you may already know, my body transformation has been achieved by eating good foods, smaller portions and working out regularly. But if I hadnt got my head into the right space to begin with, none of that would or could have happened. If youve already had success with tackling your thinking using my Honesty Diet and you feel like youre ready to take things to the next level, or if youre worrying youve backtracked or plateaued a bit lately, in this book you will find loads of helpful mental strategies to help you to up your game.

Since losing weight Ive worked just as much on keeping a positive mindset as I have on making healthy choices and ensuring my bum stays firm. I do that by constantly reminding myself of how I got from where I was to where I am now, and by actively learning new ways to keep myself on track. Whether its by writing a gratitude list or reading positive affirmations on social media (I also keep an extensive collection on my phone!), training my brain to think positive is a daily priority for me. I want to show you how to do the same.

Believe me when I say that anything is possible. Three years ago I was twelve stone heavier than I am now. Thats a whole person. Now? Im healthy, happy and embracing life to the fullest. Am I perfect? Absolutely not. Will I ever be? No, because theres no such thing. But Im perfectly me, and every day I work on being the best I can be. And if I can do it, you can too.

Even supermodels and stunning celebrities have insecurities. You may think, Well, if theyre not happy, what chance have I got? But heres the thing being happy with yourself is a choice.

Let today be the day when you choose to be kind to yourself and to your body.

Before we start, I want to say please, please, please dont give yourself a hard time at any point while youre reading my books or following my advice. Being negative will only hold you back. Instead of focusing on being unhappy with your body as it is right now, put all that energy into focusing on where you want to be, because thats where youre eventually going to be.

Why waste any more time wishing you were a certain size and feeling down because youre not? Lets just get on and do it! Im going to teach you how to get your head into the best place, and before you know it your body will follow.
