Why I Wrote This BOOK

I wrote this book to provide you with an insight into Business Analysis through a key Analytical Tool, the PESTLE Analysis Tool, which is commonly used by Business Analysts, Consultants and Managers.

I have organized the book in accordance with the six Perspectives of the PESTLE Business Model, for clarity and applied these to real-life situations through case studies for practicality.

The book addresses each of these six entities (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, Environmnetal) in some details, including their areas of application, as appropriate and adopts a rigorous method to alleviate the technical complexities involved.

I wrote this book to provide you with a basic guide to Business analysis through a powerful yet manageable Business Analysis Tool. I used different examples and cases studies, for you, to simplify the complex aspects of the model in a practical environment. The hands-on approach used will help you in this process.

I wrote the book to help you develop your problem solving skills and your decision making capacity.
