Joyce L. Caughman, GRI (Real Estate Math Review), former director of Foster Institute of Real Estate, an affiliate of Long & Foster Real Estate, is a nationally respected real estate educator residing in Edgewater, Maryland.
Joseph E. Goeters, MBA (Texas Real Estate Refresher Course), is a licensed real estate broker who teaches real estate courses at Houston Community College. He is president of Texas Real Estate Teachers Association and has written textbooks and a multimedia real estate software curriculum.
Edith Lank (Real Estate Exams) writes a nationally syndicated newspaper column on real estate issues and has published several real estate textbooks and consumer guides. She regularly speaks on real estate and financial issues and is featured on several radio broadcasts both nationally and in her home town of Rochester, New York.
Vikki Lilly (Real Estate Exams) is director of the Fortune School of Real Estate in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and President-Elect of the Palmetto Real Estate Educators Association. She has developed real estate textbooks and served on exam review committees in South Carolina.
George Rink, GRI, DREI (Real Estate Exams), is founder and manager of the Mount Vernon Realty Academy of Real Estate in Virginia, where he developed the entire prelicense program. He has extensive real estate test development experience, having worked with the National Association of Realtors to establish a test bank for the Graduate Realtor Institute and with the Virginia Real Estate Board as an item reviewer.
