As a veteran and Air Force retiree, I dedicate this book to those who have served this great nation and those who provide healthcare benefits to our service members, all veterans, retired patriots, and their family members.
Most importantly, I dedicate this book to my wife, Melissa. Thank you for your patience and persistence through this process. Without you, each time Murphys Law proved true during this project I would have surrendered. You motivated and inspired me to see the future and try one more time.
