Not everyone has their life figured out. We are continually searching to figure out what works best. In this book, you will find a road map based on an understanding of key values that contribute to our existential presence. This book breaks down the facets of life to a theorem that we can understand. If 1+1=2 and A+B=C, then the 6's As (Athletics, Adventure, Academics, Art, Advocacy, and The Human Algorithm) are logical parts to helping us create a full life. Through them, we can discover the essence of consciousness, humanness, and the notion of being that we are constantly seeking. This book, like Zach, is approachable. Zach inspires and motivates you to achieve your fullest potential.

I have known Zachary for many years, and it makes sense that he would be writing this book. Across the many roles he fulfills, Zach epitomizes living with meaning and purpose. Dr. Brooks has lived more lives than many of us ever will. The publication of his first book is a logical progression for him in this regard.
In my opinion as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Brooks is a human that has spent considerable time in self-reflection and personal growth which has cultivated a high level of contentment, achievement, social-connectedness, and personal meaning. Discovering Your Human Algorithm is an examination of the features--that every human possesses--that helped Dr. Brooks personal journey. If you interested in pursuing the 6As, my impression is this book will be very helpful and interesting to you.

Acknowledgements
Reading acknowledgements has always been a curiosity of mine. Each document, book, or publication produces very nice words about very nice people. I always wondered about the connections between the acknowledger and acknowledgees.
How exactly was a father or mother inspirational? How exactly was the spouse supportive? How much of the work can be attributed to ones brilliance or stamina versus how much of the work can be attributable to those around the acknowledger?
The fact is that we inspire those around us daily and they inspire us. My speculations are wild. My acknowledgements are sincere.
I would like to acknowledge a few of the most important people in my life: my mother Nancy, my father Stephen, and my Beautiful Muse, Elena.
Dedication
I dedicate this book to wisdom. I dedicate this book to the use of wisdom to improve lives.
