This book is dedicated to you, the reader, the person bold enough to pick up a book that at first seems irreverent, and then uses it to take your life to a new level. I admire you for looking at your life a little deeper. I admire you for accepting the challenge to thoughtfully and carefully follow through on your proclamation of F*ck It! to those things that detract from your potential. Finally, I look forward to hearing about the thoughtful changes you make as you achieve those things that reflect your best version of yourself.

Pref ace
Imagine that youre in the hospital and the doctors say your prognosis isnt good. You will likely not make it home, and perhaps not through the night. You hear the doctors opinions, attempt to process them, and are left in your room to think about your life.
Of course, you begin to mentally run through your accomplishments, your loved ones, the things you didnt do that if you only had more time youd commit to doing now. Regrets. They sink in.
And what about the things you did that didnt really matter? The things that took up the precious minutes, hours and, cumulatively, the days, weeks or months of your life and never gave you anything back? The things that sucked the life or time out of the things you now regret not doing or being? The wasted time. Wasted potential.
How many of your regrets can be blamed on a decision to keep doing the things that didnt provide any return for you emotionally, financially, physically or mentally?
Maybe doing these things werent conscious decisions per se, but you kept doing them willingly but mindlessly, maybe, or maybe even begrudgingly.
So, how would your life have played out differently had you taken the time to find a way NOT to do these things? What could or would you have done instead? And how would that have felt? How would you have changed? How would your life have played out differently so that now, on your deathbed, you could be reviewing the life created by the changes you made? Changes that optimized the time you had and made you a better, more productive, more fulfilled human being?
This book can be used as a tool to clear out the burdens and hurdles that are preventing you from moving forward into a life that is your own wondrous creation, or it can be used as a fun imagination exercise in identifying and getting rid of the stuff that youre just tired of doing, the stuff that doesnt make sense, seems stupid to do, or simply annoys you. Even better, use it as both: have fun imagining your life with no irritants, then identify the ones you really want to eliminate and kick them to the proverbial curb!
F*ck It: Lists of Sh!t Im Not Doing Anymore offers you a wicked-fun path to making yourself stronger, more empowered and happier.
Dont ignore the stuff in your life that you need to let go of. Say F*ck It ! and get on with living your best, most fulfilling life. How? Begin by making your Lists of Sh!t that youre not doing anymore!
List of Sh!t Im N ot Doing Anymore #1
The First 6
Welcome to The First 6!
This isnt your Top 6. It isnt your Most Annoying 6, or even your Most Urgent 6. This list is simply The First 6 that come to your mind. Youre making a list of The First 6 things youre not doing anymore.
Examine your current goals and habits, where you live, how you live or any other facet of your life. Is there anything that doesnt serve you any longer? Whether its doing it that you want to stop or not doing it that you want to start, its time to say F*ck It! Im not doing this Sh!t anymore!
Youre now weeding through all the pettiness, the holding of grudges, toxic friends, your avoidance of cool (but maybe a tad dangerous) stuff, the job you hate, the dress that you never wear because it looks awful (even though you paid a lot for it), things you think you should do but really dont want to do and arent going to do. Youre looking all of them in the eye, owning them, telling them what you think, making a plan and moving on!
You can (and will) add more later. And dont worry about whether or not the items on your list are practical or make sense. Youre just listing them for now.
Well dig deeper later so that you dont give a big ol F*ck It! to something without thinking it throughat least a little bit.
The items in your list can be fun or serious, but they should be the first things that come to your mind. And I mean it! No analyzing! No fretting! Just make your list! Go!
Didnt it feel good just to list them To begin to imagine these items gone from - photo 2
Didnt it feel good just to list them? To begin to imagine these items gone from your life? Its more than a little liberating and empowering and fun, right?! Your Life without The First 6! Yay!
Need some help? OK, Ill go. Heres my First 6 List:
(In other words, Im saying (or said) F-THIS! to the following things Im still working on one of them its a process but Ive successfully checked off the rest of them from my F*ck It List!)
If youve got your First 6 CONGRATULATIONS Youre off to a great start If not - photo 3
If youve got your First 6, CONGRATULATIONS! Youre off to a great start! If not, go back and fill them in. Ill wait
Now then were going to add a few more and then dig a little deeper to get some traction for action on all of them.
MORE, you say?! But WHY?!? It was hard to come up with 6!
Because after you get through looking deep into the eyes of the items on your lists, you might find that not all of them will make your final F*ck It! List. And thats OK, too. But at least you took note of them so you could figure out if they truly belong on your list or not.
If youre still struggling to come up with more, Ive got some ideas for you in the next chapter! OR you can stick with just a few. This is YOUR gig!
Lets keep it going
List of Sh!t Im N ot Doing Anymore #2
The Next 6
Lets do another 6. List 6 more items of sh!t youre not doing anymore, and if you want, make them ridiculous. This is an exercise in breaking the constraints that your life, your responsibilities and adulting in general have put on you.
