PREFACE
O
ne fine morning gossip started to circulate about Joe, who was hospitalized the previous evening due to a cardiovascular problem. He fainted on the staircase because of severe chest pain. Joe was known for his enormous accomplishments at the business firm he established, and was the pillar of the entire office. Now we wondered as to the reasons for his collapse. He was, by no means, cruel or unrighteous. We all knew he had built up his empire through his efforts. So he was not being punished by God in heaven for his ignoble deeds.
Why did this happen?
What could, then, explain his present crisis?
Was he was ignoring symptoms for some time?
Why did system failure occur?
Why did his family members not notice?
Why did he not realize the looming problem?
This kind of disease did not occur suddenly. It develops gradually, over many years. Joe was simply paying the penalty for his lifestyle. We questionwhy such a heavy punishment: "simply, for hectic living?" Yes, Joe is only one among those thousands of personalitiesas they are called. Such hyperactive people are easily prone to heart disease because of their involvement in the rat race, in a highly competitive world. Joe never heeded the danger signals. Nor did he pay attention to the advice of his friends, who asked him many times to cut down his work activities and devote more time to himself. He had no time to even listen to such advice. Heart attacks, diabetes, asthma, and mental diseases are also known as the killer diseases of the 20th century.
Is he is the only unlucky person, who suddenly developed a problem? Most likely the answer is noa big no.
We all want a disease-free life, of course; no one wishes to go to the hospital and spend a huge amount of money on medical bills. We don't know who is next: you, me, or someone else. So we need to monitor our health regularly. Even this is not enough to know the degree of the problem.
The best solution is that we must adopt the natural way of life from healthy systems.
What Now
Technically, if our faulty way of living has contributed to developing illness, it is now scientifically established that a change in lifestyle and diet can bring about a reversion to a healthy stage. But to achieve this, one has to cultivate certain healthy habits and attitudes, as well as abstain from some bad habits.
Indeed, we don't have any control over factors like age, sex, or heredity, which contribute to disease, but definitely, we can reduce those odds. For example, if both the parents have a history of heart attacks or diabetes, the likelihood increases fourfold in their children.
As far as age is concerned, it can trigger disease. There are, however, several other areas where we have control. Yoga therapy aims to identify those areas which can be helped to avoid expensive and complicated medical treatment and surgical intervention. We are convinced that the philosophical insights, as well as the relaxation techniques which yoga offers, would help the body and mind to cope with stress. The role of stress and tension, as we know, is particularly predominant in many diseases .
Due to the Corona Virus, the health system of nearly all countries collapsed. Most survey data indicates that Covid-19 is a deadly disease for those who already have some health issues like asthma, diabetes, heart, kidney, or liver problems. Otherwise, for a healthy person, Covid-19 is a normal flu, similar to a viral fever, and most recover within two weeks.
Corona Virus is a single threat to future-coming viruses. Although researchers are not against the searching or developing of vaccines, they place more emphasis on adopting a healthy lifestyle, by which they will able to fight off the virus or any other future threat.
Reflecting on this, I am going to revels the secrets of yoga therapy: the best way to keep us healthy. As I know how yoga therapy impacts our immune system, my experience with this practice made it easy for me to beat Covid-19 twice (once in India, once in Egypt).

Chapter 1-Why This Book
E ven after successfully converting thousands of miserable lives into a happy and healthy ones, something lingered which still made me unhappy. During my travel to other countries, I found many people were unhealthy due only to their improper lifestyle. I was trying my best to reach maximum masses, but this still not enough for me. I knew how to help them, but it looked impossible to reach them all as soon as I could. Then Corona happened, and I was unable to physically meet, even with my present clients. When my clients and friends discovered the reasons for my worry, they suggested I write a book to reach the people, with the help of technology like videos, podcasts, and online teaching. I started with this book, but am working on an online system also: "Disease-Free Life Hub"

This book is written by a person who has experienced pain and suffering due to an unhealthy body. Allow me to confess here. After my graduation in 2007, I started teaching science at the tenth to twelfth grades levels. Within two years, I became quite popular but paid a high price in the form of an unhealthy body. When I opened my Competition Coaching Academy, the situation started to worsen. From 2009 to 2011, I started having a lot of health problems like obesity, finding it hard to breathe when climbing the stairs, and digestive problems. As we know, health is wealth, which pushed me back to yoga. I encountered yoga at the age of thirteen. I knew the benefits of practicing yoga, but I was busy earning money. After that, I promised myself to also help others; I am now doing my best and am happy with the results. Most other books are written by doctors or experts like psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, energy healers, etc. I believe that reading something written by someone who has direct experience with a matter carries more weight than a text written by someone who talks and writes purely from theory.
