Introduction
Welcome to Learn French for Beginners! 1000+ Easy Vocabulary! Thank you for purchasing this book, and we wish you the best of luck on your journey to learning the beautiful language that is French.
Why learn French? Great question! Other than the fact that it is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful sounding languages, French is one of the most spoken languages around the world. From Europe, to Canada, and many African countries, French is everywhere. Not to mention, France itself is a beautifully scenic country and a great place to visit. Trust me, the food there is delicious! I would recommend anyone who has the opportunity to visit this beautiful country filled with kind people and delicious food to go for it! And what better way to be ready than by starting to learn introductory French!
So, whether you are planning to learn French for travel, to talk to friends, to spend a semester abroad, or simply to consume more French media, this audiobook is a great way to start your journey to learning French!
Each chapter is filled with useful vocabulary to help you get a basic understanding of everyday French words. At the beginning of these chapters will be a mini introduction explaining where these words are useful, why you need to learn them, and in some cases some special rules. First, the word will be said in English, then in French, followed by a 3-second pause (in the audiobook version). I highly recommend that you try repeating the French word out loud during this pause so that you can get some practice! The word will then be repeated one more time before moving on to the next word.
The chapter titled Basic Sentences near the end of the book brings all these words together. Also, at the end of every chapter we have included mini-tests, but dont get discouraged if you cant ace it the first time, this is a book for beginners after all!
Finally, At the very end of this book, we have added a list of the 500 most frequently used French words. This section is less organized and more suited for passive learning. For example, you can listen to it while you drive or while you sleep.

Food is of extreme importance in French culture! Not to mention home to some of the most exquisite cuisine. Since food is so important to the French and French culture, this section is a little longer than some of the others, and also, its definitely worth listening to a few times so that you absorb all of the material.
