PREFACE
Having suffered for over 30 years personally with Asthma was no fun.
I had inhalers all around me. One in the car, one in my office, one by the bedside and one in my pocket at all the times. Is that the way to live?
I had and still have lot of interest in alternate therapies. Somehow I got involved with use of permanent magnets for healing aches and pain and to improve blood circulation and more.
I found out that drinking magnetized water over a long period improves circulation and helps clean the blood vessels and the airways. Thus improving Lung capacity and heart health.
I have been drinking Magnetized water since last 10+ years. My Asthma is gone. No more inhalers and cortisones to take. My heart is healthy and my blood circulation is great at my age of 75.
I have used magnets for healing various other aches and pains.
In this brief report you will be introduced how placing the magnets in certain way on your body can help. Actual case histories are shared with you. In addition Magnetic support wraps for knee, elbow, ankle and wrist are very popular.
I encourage you, the reader, to pursue this further and investigate.

Something to think about!
A recent New England Journal of Medicine study reported 1/3 of American patients chose an alternative therapist over conventional medical treatment and 2/3 of patients had visited a complementary therapist over the last year. No estimates were given as to the numbers that had elected to take responsibility for their own health care using self-administered alternative therapies.
C hapter 1: How Magnetic Therapy Works
Magnets have been used for healing since antiquity. Their benefits have been recorded in ancient Egyptian, Greek, Chinese and other writings. Until recently, although the health improving potential of magnet therapy was well documented, scientific explanation of magnetic action was not available. Dedicated researchers and the introduction of the space age have contributed greatly to the understanding of the physiology of magnetism in health and healing many health problems, once diagnosed by the medical profession, can be treated effectively and safely by the patient using magnets without resorting to potentially dangerous drugs. The use of magnets is simple and the benefits can be immense.
Magnetic therapy is no longer ancient history nor a mysterious force. Science has established that magnetic energy passes through all material and affects all living things. Magnetic fields surround the earth and protect all living things from harmful radiation. They also influence our behavior, mental function and physical energy.
Research for space exploration has produced important information on the human response to magnetic fields and pulsing magnetic frequencies. NASA discovered that magnetic field generators installed in manned space ships were essential in maintaining bone density and normal health for the early astronauts. They found that specific magnetic fields and frequencies produced certain biological responses. The Earth's natural pulsing frequency of 7.96 Hz (cycles per second) reduces stress and encourages relaxation and sleep. Sound, restful sleep is essential in achieving top physical and mental performance.
Magnetic therapy has been utilized for many years for relieving discomfort and swelling, insomnia, tooth ache, joint disease and many illnesses without known side effects. Studies have shown that magnetic fields modify the biology of plants and numerous human conditions might be healed through magnetic therapy.
Use of magnets in treating pain has been known for centuries. Magnets have been highly beneficial in certain diseases. They are known to have the power of drawing pain out of the body, relieving stiffness of joints and muscles and removing toothache immediately.
It also helps correct blood pressure and provides immunity against certain diseases by increasing the vital secretions of the glands.
It is not easily conceivable why magnets with their power to attract and repel are able to bring about cures for human ailments. In fact Magneto Therapy has already cured a number of cases of human illness which were declared incurable.
Dr. E.K. Maclean, a New York City Gynecologist, found that cancer cannot exist in a strong magnetic field. In addition he succeeded in relieving pains due to any cause by applying magnets.
How Magnetic Therapy Works
The human bloodstream consists of plasma, platelets and red and white blood cells. The plasma is all about 90% water, and the red and white bloodstream cells and platelets are suspended within the plasma.
Red blood cells have a protein molecule known as hemoglobin, which adds the red color. Hemoglobin mainly contains iron. It's interesting to note that hemoglobin can unite with oxygen within the lung area and later deliver this oxygen to your body's cells where cells are missing out on oxygen. The iron in red cells makes these cells paramagnetic. Therefore, these cells are influenced by magnetic fields.
When a magnet is placed on the body, it draws blood to the point of contact. The hemoglobin within the bloodstream therefore brings oxygen towards the area and begins the healing.
