About the Author
Bob Bly is a full-time free-lance writer specializing in business-to-business, high-tech, and direct marketing. Bob is the author of thirty-five books including Creative Careers: Real Jobs in Glamour Fields (John Wiley & Sons), The Elements of Business Writing (Macmillan), The Elements of Technical Writing (Macmillan), The Copywriter's Handbook (Henry Holt & Co.), and Secrets of a Freelance Writer (Henry Holt & Co.). Thousands of writers have attended his popular seminars, "How to Write a Nonfiction Book and Get It Published" and "How to Make $85,000+ a Year as a Freelance Writer."
Mr. Bly's articles have appeared in such publications as Amtrak Express, Computer Decisions, Cosmopolitan, New Jersey Monthly, and Writer's Digest. He has been a featured speaker at writers' conferences nationwide.
