About the Author
Gary Bissonette is an Assistant Professor at Queens University School of Business, and is the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the YMCA of Kingston, Ontario. Gary also possesses considerable product/territorial management expertise in the private sector and has 20+ years of teaching experience at both the graduate and undergraduate levels in both Canada and the United States. A successful entrepreneur, Gary has operated his own consulting business (insurance brokerage firm specializing in employee benefits programs), as well as participated in a number of turnaround initiatives within the private sector. Gary holds an MBA from Clarkson University and a Bachelor of Administration from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. In addition to his teaching responsibilities at Queens University, Gary also served as the Director of the Queens School of Business Living Case initiative and oversaw the creation of this innovative teaching initiative.
