About the Author
John M. McKeller is a senior lecturer in the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of WisconsinMadison (UW-Madison). He teaches undergraduate and graduate classes in supply management and global sourcing in the Schools Grainger Center for Supply Chain Management. John previously served concurrent appointments as the director of education for the Institute for Supply Management and as an assistant professor at UW-Madison. He was also director of the supply chain management programs in UW-Madisons former executive education supply chain management certificate series.
John has been an adjunct faculty member at Arizona State University, the University of San Diego, and the University of California at San Diego. Before entering the academic field, he held various managerial positions with subsidiaries of major U.S. corporations. A graduate of San Diego State University, John also completed an MBA at Pepperdine University and a DBA at United States International University.
