About the authors

Stefano Demiliani is a Microsoft MVP ( Most Valuable Professional) in Business Applications, a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and Azure architect, and a long-time expert on different Microsoft technologies. He has a master's degree in computer engineering from Politecnico di Torino , he works as a CTO for EID/Navlab (one of the main Microsoft partners in Italy), and he has recently moved many customers from around the globe to the cloud.

Duilio Tacconi is a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Escalation Engineer at Microsoft EMEA Customer Support and Services (CSS). He joined Microsoft in 2008 after working in a customer IT department with a focus primarily on system administration and development. Despite graduating with the highest score in agricultural science in 1996, he has been on the ERP circuit since 1998 as a developer and a system implementer for several companies with Microsoft and non-Microsoft technologies. Currently, he is an SME at EMEA, one of Microsoft EMEA CSS references for Managed Service for Partners, and a three-time Iron Man finisher. Duilio lives in Cernusco Sul Naviglio (Italy) with his beloved wife, Laura, and his son, Leonardo.

Born with the heart and soul of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central has all the features, tools, and power needed to dominate the SMB market over the next few decades. About the contributors

Tobias Fenster started as a developer 20 years ago. Holding different positions including Head of Technical Consulting and Head of Development before becoming CTO, Tobias is now the CTO for COSMO CONSULT. He writes about Dynamics NAV/Business Central in connection with Docker and Windows containers on his blog, as well as tooling such as Azure DevOps and the new development environment. He holds a Microsoft MVP award for Business Solutions and one for Azure. You can find him on Twitter: @tobiasfenster.

Luc van Vugt stepped into the NAV world in 1999, training hundreds of developers. After Microsoft acquired Navision, he joined the Dynamics localization team, GDL, as a tester, UA specialist, and project lead. For 6 years, he was closely involved with all successive releases. Since leaving Microsoft, he has become an active community member through his blog. He is also the co-founder of Dutch Dynamics Community and a speaker at conferences. For this, he has been awarded a Microsoft MVP since 2011. In 2014, he co-founded NAV Skills, supporting NAV professionals around the globe with, among other things, webinars.

Kamil Sek (Kine) graduated from the Brno University of Technology in 2001. Following this, he began working as a Navision developer with NAVERTICA a.s. (formerly, FUTURE Engineering a.s.), now as the department manager of software development.

Since 2005, he has been consecutively awarded MVP status in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (now Dynamics 365 Business Central). You can find his many posts on the mibuso.com forum; and tweets under the handle @MVPKine.
