The world does not need another Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, or another Nelson Mandela. History has produced great work, and none can produce similar work done by these great people. They have done great work. Now, it is time to proceed further.

At this stage, I want to point out a mistake made by so many non-profit organizations. The leader has an idea, and they just get started without pondering over the subject. It is a wrong procedure. Duplicate ideas will not get any support from the public. Do not neglect this idea. It is extremely important to develop a powerful mission statement. Work yourself into a white heat of burning desire. See your ideas coming to life.

In this book, we will discuss the complete procedure to start a non-profit. I will outline a detailed method for you. At the end of this book, you will be able to start your non-profit organization. D id you wonder, why you want to start a non-profit organization? On a general basis, we have five types of non-profit organizations.

1. Trade organizations. Examples of this type of organization can be the chamber of commerce. These societies are formed by the people of a common profession.

2. All charitable organizations can be considered as the non-profit ones.

3. All social clubs are categorized under non-profit organizations. This includes all religious groups.

4. Political organizations.

5. Govt. Associations operate as non-profit organizations.

Non-profits serve the society. It is important to create healthy relations with the public. I want you to create a powerful, & successful non-profit organization. Make a list of all non-operating organizations operating in the city. Possibly, you should also create an overview of all the nonprofits working in the country & this beautiful world.

Ask yourself, are you going to create something new? If you want to give better education; the educational societies are already operating in the city. If you want to cure cancer, partner with any good Cancer hospital. Do not neglect this step. There are hundreds of thousands of nonprofit societies operating in the world. If you are going to repeat the same old message; it is better not to start at all.

Starting a non-profit takes an enormous amount of time, energy, and talent. If you realize that this your work was useless; you would have lost amazing years of your life.

If you have decided to serve the humanity, there are many ways to do so. Recognize your personal mission statement. You can use these tips to recognize your voice.

1. Partner with non-profit organizations. Find the ones who share your interests. Maybe they are already serving your purposes. You can work with them as a staff or a coordinator. After spending some time, you will know exactly what you want. Then, you can decide what do you want to do. You can start your organization, or you can keep working with the same organization.

2. Describe the five best nonprofits that are compatible with your ideas. You can create a new project. Get involved. Meet with the organizers. Offer your help, build a great foundation. The unique involvement of two organizations can always help the society in a better way.

3. You can start a local branch of any international organization. Maybe your city needs international support.

4. If you want to gather funds for a specific reason; you can start a donor community sponsored by any other organization.

B usiness organizations are responsible for their deeds and works. They do not have to answer the public. Opposite to that; nonprofit organizations are most vulnerable in the early stages. Most organizations fail to operate during their life cycle. The reason can be financial issues, lack of trust or lack of good leadership.

There are two types of non-profit organizations i.e. informal & formal ones. Formal non-profit organizations have to create a complete structure. They will need to fill legal requirements. A legal entity is created to represent the organization. Informal organization is built to solve a small problem. Usually, a small group of people forms such organizations. They decide on small tasks, and a committee is formed. Such organizations have little chances of survival. Small interruptions can disturb the whole procedure. Informal organizations proceed further only if it is required.
