INTRODUCTION

T his is the first page , but by opening this book you have already taken an important step towards increasing the success of your business. Congratulations on your quest to enhance your business and marketing skills.

When I put pen to paper, or keyboard to Word document, I found myself with an enormous amount of useful marketing material which I've used since 1998. This experience is drawn from many different business entities including: ownership and management in 3 restaurants, owner of a delivery company, small business consulting company, financial services and insurance company, and E-Commerce website(s). Several of these I continue to own, but consult from afar. The strategies I talk about in this book are still in place at these companies.

Even though I truly believe we are all 1 or 2 great marketing ideas away from more sales opportunities than we can fully imagine, I believe the first two chapters are as important as the following eight. The strategies in this book - when implemented with strategy and care - are guaranteed to make you more money with less effort. These are strategies that have helped businesses just like yours make hundreds of thousands of dollars more - including your competitors. These strategies have created several multi-million dollar businesses.

This is the reason I have dedicated my life to Business Consulting. Since starting my company to provide direction for small business operators, I have been literally overwhelmed with the demand for marketing, structure, and accountability.
