This book provides an enlightening perspective on the application of Lean principles to the increasingly challenging worlds of the retail and wholesale sectors. Considering the accelerating pace of change in these important areas of the global economy, including the contemporary relevance of omnichannel business operations, the ability to apply Lean principles will increasingly help to differentiate those who are successful from those who are not.

As the Lean philosophy is relatively new to the retail and wholesale world, this book does a great job of applying Lean concepts, tools, and real-world examples to this part of the supply chain.
