About the Author

Mukesh Hirwani is currently working as a Technical Solution Architect with Microsoft Dynamics Gold Partner. The company provides specialized solutions to the family of Microsoft Dynamics Partners/Resellers/Customers.

Mukesh started his career back in the year 2008 parallel to his Post-graduation (Master of Science Studies in Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science). Since then, he has been a recognized Microsoft Certified Professional for AX in all the major areas: Development, Configuration and Installation, Integration, Financials, Projects, Customer Relationship Management, Human Resources, and Trade and Logistics. He has also been delivering trainings for AX Technical Track.

From 2008 to 2013, Mukesh has participated in over 12 Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations. He has handled a wide range of development, consulting, and leading roles, while always maintaining a significant role as an Enterprise Application Developer.

In the early days of the year 2013, Mukesh has worked with Microsoft for AX 2012 R2 learning material preparation.

He has an in-depth understanding of business intelligence systems and hands-on experience with technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, Web Services, ASP.NET, and Microsoft .NET. His achievements include innovative frameworks in reporting and analytics; he has been awarded five patents for his work in this area.

Manoj graduated with high honors from The University of Texas, Austin with a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Computer Science from The University of Washington, Seattle. He also holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Umesh Pandit is a Techno-functional Consultant with KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd. He has done a Master of Computer Applications with first division having specialized in ERP from the Ideal Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad.

Umesh has worked with top IT giants such as Google India and Capgemini India. He has a deep understanding of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX. He has worked with different versions of Axapta like AX 3.0, AX 4.0, AX 5.0 (AX 2009), and AX 6.0 (AX 2012). He has a vast knowledge as regards to Microsoft Technologies like SQL, CRM, TFS, Office, Window Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SSRS, SSAS, VSS, and VCS.
