Why We Wrote This Book
Im unhappy with the medical culture in the United States, because it focuses on treating the symptoms of the sick and does little to prevent the most common chronic diseases that are the leading causes of death and disabilityand which are completely preventable! If you dont have the knowledge contained in this book, youll likely develop a chronic metabolic illness and youll be given prescription medications and likely told that its part of growing old when, in fact, it is not.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) clearly attest to this statement: lack of exercise, poor nutrition, tobacco use and alcohol cause much of the current chronic metabolic diseases, pain and early deaths. Most adults do not follow the CDCs recommendations.
