Make Flan!
Make this yummy dessert from Mexico!
Be sure to get an adult to help.
Ingredients: 1 cup sugar 6 eggs 2 13-ounce cans evaporated milk 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put 1 cup sugar in pan on medium heat. Stir until sugar browns and becomes caramel. Pour caramel in round baking dish. Whisk eggs. Mix in the cans of both milks.
Add cup of sugar and the vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour custard mixture into the caramel pan. Put pan into large glass baking dish and fill with 2 inches of hot water. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool in the refrigerator for an hour.
