Make this tasty dessert from India!
Be sure to get an adult to help. Ingredients: 2 cups coconut milk 2 cups milk 3 tablespoons white sugar cup Basmati rice teaspoon ground cardamom cup toasted, sliced almonds cup chopped pistachio nuts Directions: Put coconut milk, milk, and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring it to a boil. Add rice and simmer over low heat until
rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Stir in the cardamom and cook for three more minutes. Pour into a bowl.
Sprinkle almonds and pistachios on top. Enjoy!
