Introduction

For centuriesnumerology has been used to calculate many things. The origin ofnumerology began when a mathematician known as Pythagoras believedthat everything had a numerical relationship. He felt that it wasup to the mind to seek and investigate the relationship of numbersor have them revealed by divine grace. Numerology has evolved fromthe original days and it is used in different forms in manycultures today.

If you taketime to learn basic numbers you will easily see for yourself hownumbers relate in today's world. There are numbers everywhere youlook. Words are numbers as well. I will take you through the simplecalculations and how to relate this in your everyday life. Numbersare not good or bad but there is positive and negative to allnumbers. I actually learned to look at people very differentlybecause of numbers. I no longer look at someone as good or bad. Ilook at them as being strong or weak. I no longer wonder why peopledon't understand something or think in a different way aboutsomething. Something that is extemely important to me could meanabsolutely nothing to another person. I no longer question why thisis so. Basically, numbers help to give you a better understandingof your fellow human being. Once you understand the numbers in youit will amaze you as you see them come out in your actions andthinking. You will spot your weak points and find a way tocounteract them in your life.

When making achart by hand it is easier to line everything up if you use graphpaper and a ruler as your tools. This way you can write theseparate sections on the page and when it comes to reading theinformation it is all in front of you and easy to differentiate. Itmakes comparing information that much more simple.

Number for EachLetter

The letters ofthe alphabet each have their number according to how they fall intothe alphabet. Because numbers are always added until you get to asingle digit they will always be from 1 to 9. However, they willalso have the influence of the numbers before they went to a singledigit.

For instance, 8is a power number. Z (26) 2+6=8 also has the 2 and 6 influencetogether with the 8. 8 means business, finances and money. 2 meansworking together, care of details, shy, reserved. 6 meansmotherly/fatherly influences, humanitarian caring and nurturing,feelings of deserving more. This is only a small sample todemonstrate how you might put these together to merge them into anunderstanding. there are many more qualities of each of thesenumbers. Let's say that the Z will have, along with it's businesssense, a deserving drive to it where it takes care of any detailsthat might otherwise be missed. It knows how to work with others toget the job done. This would be more powerful than a basic Hinfluence.

Knowing allthis does show you that it can get complicated. In fact, most of usare made up of a little of all the numbers. However, when you comeacross a person that is missing any one number all together ontheir chart, you can notice a major difference in theirpersonality. Sometimes they will have numbers that compensate forthe missing number but as a seasoned numerologist you will noticeit.

For the sake ofkeeping this book simple I will focus more on basics as to notconfuse anyone. I just wanted you to be aware that there areinfluences that have an effect on how a number is interpreted.

Meaning of theNumbers

Basic meaningsof the numbers are as follows. Note the odd numbers are introvertedand the even numbers are extroverted. This relates when you startlooking at a full chart overall.

is the number that startseverything. An introverted number.

positive : determination, courage,originality, forceful, individuality, inventive, energy.

negative : aggression, impulsiveness,boastfulness, bossy, egotism, cynicism, contrary.

is the number that works with otherstowards a common goal. An extroverted number.

positive : mediator, considerate,thoughtful, diplomate, sensitive, modest, persuasive.

negative : fearful, shy, extremist,procrastinator, negative, too many details, feel lonely.

is the number that exudes happiness.An introverted number.

positive : imagination, gift of gab,inspires others, creative, artistic, optimistic,visionary

negative : extravagant, gossiper, talktoo much, lack of direction, self centered, moody.

is the number of construction orwork. An extroverted number.

positive : methodical, practical,manager, determined, serious, concentrator, values.

negative : slow, fixed opinions,argumentative, opposed to change, too serious, exact.

is the number of progress andfreedom. An introverted number.

positive : resourceful, investigator,promoter, salesman, quick energy, curious, modern.

negative : moody, impatient, critical, restless, too much on the go, shorttemper, no ties.

is the number of the humanitarian.An extroverted number.

positive : domestic, love of home,justice, service, artistic, idealist, unselfish,motherly.

negative : self righteousness, selfsacrifice, stubborness, dominating, egotist, complainer

is the number of wisdom andunderstanding. An introverted number.

positive : researcher, calculator,thinker, pride, dignity, perfectionist, love ofsolitude.

negative : suspicion, temper,sarcastic, cynical, hidden agenda, independence,repressed.

is the number of money, power andjudgement. An extroverted number.

positive : authority, efficiency,businessman, strength, demanding, executive, recognized

negative : money difficulties,impatience, forceful, ambition, tension, wantsrecognition.

is the number of compassion andforgiveness. An introverted number.

positive : charitable, dramatictalent, attracts money, philanthropist, perfectionist,divine.

negative : moody, bad habits,depression, impulsive, demanding approval, possessive.

MasterNumbers

These arespecial numbers that have a meaning before they are broken down toone.

is the number of the spiritualmessenger. This is a highly intuitive number. There is power torule the masses but it demands spiritual living. Without thespiritual element downfall is the result. Many politicians havethis number in their chart.

is the number of the masterbuilder. This is a practical number that must serve in ways thatare larger than personal ambition. This number also has a spiritualelement to it.

KarmicNumbers

These arenumbers that have a meaning before being broken down to theindividual one.

is the number of burdened work thatmust be focused on. Never procrastinate.

is the number of forced changesthat bring unexpected occurrences. Focus on a goal.

is the number of humility. Thedestruction and rebirth brings higher consciousness.

is the number of independence andpersonal power. Forced to stand on own two feet.
