Fearless Feeding is not only a must-read for parents but also for pediatric health providers. The WHAT , WHY , and HOW approach allows providers to assess each area and helps parents address nutrition concerns and problems. Most books on feeding do not address adolescents; however, Fearless Feeding does an excellent job in providing ways to improve adolescent eating habits.

Foreword
A ll parents know the anxiety of coming home with their first baby and panicking as the baby loses half a pound in the first day. Our anxiety about feeding our children starts the day theyre born, and leads us to feel like superstars if we can get them to eat and get their weight up. I dont think this early feeling of the more food, the better ever quite leaves us until its too late.
