Finally, the truth is revealed about what really goes on inside the mind of a Police Officer. Forget about the main stream mottos like serve and protect; community service; and other boilerplate mantras spoon fed to the public by Law Enforcement Public Relation Pundits.Take it from a 12 year Decorated Police veteran in Robbery Homicide, Vice, Intelligence, Narcotics and routine Uniformed Patrol. The Policeman is definitely no longer your friend. He is your adversary and just like the salesman who hones his skills to close the deal, the Police Officer is a very practiced and dangerous antagonist to anyone who stands in the way of the Police State. Many Police Officers initially go into their chosen field with good and decent intentions. However, after intense paramilitary indoctrination they are soon turned to the dark side (Away from the Constitution and Bill of Rights). This is not an overstatement; those that wont be turned find themselves back on the street. Most Police...

Due to the current unfavorable environmentregarding the ever increasing prosecutorial attacks on naturalpersons who are not directly aligned with governments favor, norsanctioned through its licensing, educated by its standards orapproved legal methodologies including, but not limited to,prohibitions against legal representation without being firstauthorized by the Supreme Courts of the several States, or thecorporatist brotherhood of the American Bar Association and itsindividual State counterparts, I, Terry Ingram, a Natural Person,(Author) self-styled, self-appointed, autodidact, endowed withcertain unalienable rights flowing from the Author of all things,non-corporate, non-State, non-Federal, neither encumbered, norburdened by any State, or Federal licensing scheme, do hereby makethis legal disclaimer against my will and over my objections, butwithin the strict compliance and letter of the law. In this book I will address, among otherthings, the ten most common police encounters. The average citizenhas a very good chance of experiencing at least one or several ofthese encounters in this day and age. Not too long ago, my readingaudience would have been comprised of the so called paranoidconspiracy theorist community. In todays Police State however, its another story entirely.

Just ask yourself, What can I lawfully dothese days without governments permission, license, permit, intervention, or approval? Lets look at a short list of commonendeavors and activities and see if we can find one with nogovernmental regulation.

Walking aroundtown ?

Jay walking; blocking the sidewalk; notwalking on the sidewalk; anddisobeying pedestrian traffic signals.

Talking ?

Hate speech; loud speech; profanespeech; and in Florida its a crime to falsely speak, or impute to her want of chastity, about any woman(Florida Statutes Chapter 836.04).

Riding abicycle ?

Many cities have laws forcing bicyclelicensing and registration; helmet laws; lights at night; and noriders on the handle bars.

Driving acar ?

State Drivers License; State Registration;State compelled Auto Insurance; permission by the State to sell ortransfer the title of a motor vehicle; and a plethora of motorvehicle codes.

Getmarried ?

State Marriage Licenses; blood tests andwaiting periods (in some states); and payment to the State of anapplication fee.

Getdivorced ?

Marriage Dissolution (usually veryexpensive); government decides who your children will live with;when, where, how and if, the non-custodial parent visits and payschild support; the divorce is the corporate dissolution of yourcivil marriage contract between you, your spouse and the thirdpartythe State.

Work in your chosenfield ?

Business licensing; occupational licensing;insurances; permits; zoning; even if youre an employee and not theowner, all the costs paid to the city, county, and state, arereflected in your paycheck.

Keep the fruits of yourlabor ?

Federal, State and Local income taxes (need Isay more?); Social Security and Medicare deductions; all kinds ofother taxes and social fees.

Have consensualsex ?

Living in open adultery is a crime in Florida(Florida Statute Chapter 798.01); government controls how, when andwhere you have consensual sex; How? No back door hanky panky; When?Better be married; Where? Out of sight and behind closed doors;government criminalizes the consensual sale of sex, except forcertain exceptions like Nevada, as well as many othernon-government approved relationships like same sex, again withcertain recent exceptions in a few states.

Own your ownhome ?

Code Enforcement dictates the standards uponwhich you build your home and the parameters of how it ismaintained under force of law; try paying off your mortgage in itsentirety and then sit on your porch contemplating your navel untildeath do you part this rock. If you dont pay your property taxesyou will be separated from that property without compensation. Towhom are your property taxes due? Who owns your property, if notyou? You think you own that home you just paid off? Consider thissimple example:

In jolly old England, the Crown collectedtaxes in the form of money, goods or services to her from herpeople. She collected taxes from top to bottom; from fiefs, surfs, tenants, lords, barons, earls, knights and so on. Many of thehigher positions like lords and barons also collected taxes fromtheir underlings. Guess to whom the Crown paid her taxes, orhomage? No one! Why? The King was sovereign and owned England. Ifyou fell from the kings grace, you lost your land and property aswell.

In America, people pay taxes to theState. Cities and Counties pay taxes to the State. So, if you wantto know who owns your property (just like when doing good Policework) follow the money all the way to the one who doesnt paytaxes, and there you will have him, the owner the State. To whomdoes the State pay taxes? Not the Federal Government, thats forsure. The People pay taxes to the Federal Government, as well asthe State. Try not payingincome taxes and then tell me about your troubles. The State paystaxes to no one. In America today, we have equitable interests inour properties and certain rights to liquidate (sell) thoseequitable interests to others but certainly not ownership. Fallfrom the Kings favor and see what happens.
