Dinosaurs have ruled the world for millions of years. Their history is fascinating. Scientists have worked very hard and spend their whole life regarding research of dinosaurs. With their ability, we can understand the world of dinosaurs, how they lived, their body structure, the food they eat and how they behave?
Right now my age is ten years, and I study in 5 th Grade(January 2021). When I was three years old, my father bought various dinosaurs toys, and from that time, I am very much attracted to dinosaurs. I watchmultipleDinosaurs' movies and learn about them through youtube channels, from various websites and books. There is fossil park of dinosaurs near my location. I visited there frequently. Observe the remaining of dinosaurs, their bones, their eggs. I learned a lot from there.
From a very young age I am fond of these massive animals. So I decided to write a book about dinosaurs, including my love and passion for the giant animal that ruled the world.I put my thoughts and observation in the book.
So let's begin the Journey !!!

History, Period and Classification of Dinosaurs
Dinosaurs the name derived from the Greek word. "Denios" which means terrible, and "Sauros' means Lizard. The Scientist found the fossils of dinosaurs in 1841. Apalaeontologist gave the name dinosaurs"Sir Richard Owen"Dinosaurs first appeared between 247 and 240 million years ago. They dominated the planet for about 175 million years until an extinction event 65.5 million years ago exhausted all of them, except for the avian dinosaurs
Dinosaurs come into existence in Triassic age around 225 million years ago. Then they lived in the Jurassic period, which was their golden age.Dinosaurs lived till Cretaceous age around 135 million years ago.
The Triassic Period:-
The Triassic age was from 225-195 million years ago saw the extinction of the vast number of animals on land and the seas. It was also the beginning of the existence of dinosaurs. The period also indicatesthe beginning of the Mesozoic era( era dominated by the Dinosaurs).
During the Triassic period, the "supercontinent" of Pangaea reached its maximum size. Geologist call this "supercontinent" Pangaea. The landmass expertise extreme climate. The principle lifestyles included primitive amphibians & crocodilians and the rhynchosaurs. The sole variety of plant life wasnon-flowering plants, such as conifers, cycads, ferns and Ginkgos- flowering plants have not yet involved. Thus, for most of the Mesozoic era, Dinosaurs lived in a greener and brown world with no flower. At the end of the Triassic age, dinosaurs dominated Pangaea, possibly contributing to the end of many other reptiles. They were initially small, agile predators, standing erect on two legs, grasping hands and sharp teeth. But they evolved into larger and larger forms, and bit by bit inflated their dominance.

The Jurassic Period:-
The Jurassic period, which is the middle part of the Mesozoic era, lasted from 195 to 135 million years ago. During this period the landmass broke up into the continents Laurasia and Gondwana and the sea level rose, flooding areas of lower-land. The climate was warm and moist. It was during this period the first flowing plant appeared. Plant eating dinosaurs, such as large Sauropods and Stegosaurus coexisted because of the abundance of plant food.
Further Pterosaur flying reptiles andPlesiosaurus and Ichthyosaurus, both marine reptiles in conjunction with shrew-like mammals also existed.
Ferocious flesh feeding (carnivorous) dinosaur such as Compsognathus and Allosaurus, also existed during this period. They termed this period- the middle part of the Mesozoic era.
In this period, plants especially coniferous trees, become abundant, providing, a rich food source for the dinosaurs.
The sauropod were enormous creatures, measuring more than 20 meters long and with a whip-like tail, to balance them, their teeth shaped like pegs or spoons were designed for tearing leaves from the trees.
