Introduction
I have been very interested for twenty yearsplus in compiling my family history. I have met very interestingpeople on the way. I have published in 2009 Jennings Family ofTonga my grandfathers side of the family. Also in 2009 Ipublished Harman Family from Yorkshire to Fiji.
Both these books have documented familydescendants of Tonga and Fiji to 2008 in the near future will berepublished into Ebooks.
I have always been very interested overtwenty years plus on my grandmothers Groom side of the family inFiji. There has never been any documentation wriiten on the FijiGroom family. All the documentation I have noticed over the yearsand via internet have been on our Groom in Tasmania, Australia andEngland. In Tasmania when James Henry Groom is mention it mainlystates family in Fiji. Now I feel our family is recognised in thedescendants of the Groom family of Tasmania and England.
The Groom family of Buckinghamshire, London,Tasmania, Fiji is a collation of the 17 generations of descendantsfrom 1550 Stoke Poges, Harefield, London, Tasmania,Australia and Fiji. These two ebooks outlines the history andfamily genealogy of 17 generations from Agnes and son WylliamGrome, 1550, Stoke Poges, a town in Buckinghamshire, England.
It has a detail record of births, deaths andmarriages and photos of descendants up to 2015
I have separated the book into 2 ebooks.
Book 1: Fiji 7 Generations
Jorel Underwood born 2011 with his 7 x, greatgrandfather JamesFoster Groom
Fiji Descendants: James Henry Groom went toFiji with his brother Warner in 1869 as early settlers.Warner married and had no descendants. James Henry has over 90pages of descendants. I have documented births, marriages anddeaths of about 98 % of descendants in Fiji. The family is mainlyscattered from Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, Great Britain, Europeand USA.
Book 2: 10 Generations
James Henry Groom left Fiji and went back toHarefield, Tasmania with his health deteriorating and to be withhis siblings. His grandfather James Foster Groom 1786 inLondon has been well documented in the book also his ancestoralfamily -James Groom 1760, Henry Groom 1735, Henry Groom 1710, JohnRose Groom 1655, John Groom 1620, Nycholas Grome 1573, WilliamGrome 1550 and his mother Agnes Groume.

10 Generations ofDescendants
Chapter 1
Agnes Groume
The earliest generations of this family werein Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire, whose parish registers survivefrom 1564. The earliest ancestor was probably:
Grome
He lived in Stoke Poges and we know of himonly because there exists a will for Agnes Groume, widow, which waswritten on 23 October 1580 and proved on 2 January 1580 in theArchdeaconry Court of Buckingham. Her place of residence is notstated, but as the other Gro(u)me wills of this period are fromStoke Poges it is entirely reasonable to assume that this one wastoo. She left, as far as can be deciphered from the oldhandwriting:
To Mary my daughter a new cobbrode(cupboard?) a bedstead a mattress a covering a blanket and bolster3 pairs of flaxen sheets a pair of harden(?) sheets
