About the Author

Born and raised in New Zealand, Yvonne nowresides in Sydney, NSW, Australia with her daughter, son in law and2 grandchildren. Yvonne has been interested in the family historyas long as she can remember and has published two family historybooks and 2 family ebooks. Her interests vary from reading,travelling, family photography, collecting old family photos,spending time with the young grandchildren and among others.

Introduction

I have been very interested for twenty plusyears in compiling my family history. I have met many familymembers in Tonga, Fiji, New Zealand and USA over many years.

In 2009 I published the Jennings Familyof Tonga documenting the 1142 descendants of my greatgrandfather George Napier Jennings and his 2 wives Elenoa Lee whohad 4 daughters and Mau Kelemeli who had 3 sons.

I am updating and converting the publishedbook into a series of ebooks. The updates of the family will bepublished also in my new The Jennings Family of Yorkshire NewZealand Tonga. book. The book will be published in 2017.

This ebook is a record of Luisa ( Louisa )and Lemiso Kaihea Fotu who had 16 children and I have documentedtheir families in a series of 5 ebooks. eBook 4 documents thefamilies of Malia Kamela Save aka Ofa Selemana Soakai Tai

Malia Kamela Havili Save akaOfa

Malia Kamela Kaihea aka Ofa was bornon 6 May 1929 in Maufanga, Tonga. She married Fifita Lomano HaviliSave in 1949 in Maufanga Tonga. He was born on 10 June 1927 inMaufanga Tonga and died on 15 December 1990 in MaufangaTonga.

They had 12 children:

Chapter 1

Sipiliano Save

1. Sipiliano Save was born in 1949 inTonga. He married Aloisia Kama in Maufanga, Tonga. She died in 1992in Maufanga, Tonga. They had children: 1. Vila Save wasborn in 1972 in Maufanga, Tonga. She married Fuimaono Halapio on24 December 1996 in Auckland, New Zealand. They had children allborn in Auckland, New Zealand: 1. Soakimi Andre Save Halapio wasborn in 1997. 2. Noela Malia Halapio was born in 1999. 3. PeterLolomanaia to Save Halapio was born in 2001. 4. Donna Gardenia SaveHalapio was born in 2002.

2. Asinate Bernadette Save was born inAuckand, New Zealand. She married Paea Pouanga in Auckland, NewZealand. He was born in Tonga and died in Auckland. They had achild: Aloisia Lupehaamoa Taufaeteau Pounga was born in 1997Auckland, New Zealand.

Asinate Bernadette Save together withFinau Kaufusi had a child: Malia Akata Kaufusi was born in 2000 inAuckland, New Zealand.

3. Savelio Visesio Save was born in1976 in Tofoa, Tonga. He married Heidi Teresa Jennings on 1November 1997 in Pago Pago, American Samoa. She was born in 1973 inPago Pago, American Samoa. They had children all born in the USA:1. John Sipiliano Save was born in 1997 in Pago Pago. 2. MargaretAloisia Save was born in 2000 in Pago Pago. 3. Savelio Visesio Savewas born in 2002 in Hayward, California.

Taniela Lafaele Save was born in1980 in Maufanga Tonga. He married Valenisia Faaoso on 8 November2000 in Auckland, New Zealand. She was born in 1978 in Kolonga,Tonga.

They had children born in Auckland, NewZealand: 1. Francis Fatani Tavake Save was born in 2001. 2. SosefoSave was born and died on 26 January 2003. 3. Aloisia Save was bornin 2005.

Sipiliano Save secondly married DonnaGibson on 31 May 1986 in Palo Alto, California, USA. Donna Gibsonwas born in 1947 in Detroit. USA.
