Il a t organis en commun par le bureau de Londresassist dun petit groupe parisien anim par M. et Mme. Edmond Bernus et Mlle. M. Dupireet par le Centre nigrien de Recherches en Sciences humaines (directeur: M. Diould Laya).
Les responsables du Sminaire tiennent exprimer ici leur vive reconnaissance aux autorits du Niger pour leur accueil gnreux aux participants, leur aide substantielle dans lorganisation de la runion et lintrt manifest pour les travaux de celle-ci. Nous tenons citer ici, en particulier, M. Diori Hamani, Prsident de la Rpublique du Niger, M. Boubou Hama, Prsident de lAssemble nationale et M.
