Sprinkle of Pepper

3 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon of Jack Daniel's Whiskey
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Crushed Pineapple
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Marinade Instructions
Begin with making the steak marinade.
Mix together all of the listed marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Once it has been evenly mixed, pour the marinade into one or multiple freezer bags (depending on your number of steaks) with one steak per bag.
Let the contents marinate overnight.
Glaze Instructions
Moving on to creating the glaze, start by preheating your oven to 325F.
Take your garlic head & cut off a 1/2 inch from the top.
Next, slice the roots off so the garlic may sit flatly on the counter.
Remove the papery skin from the garlic, but leave enough so that the cloves may stay together.
Inside an oven safe casserole dish, place the garlic in the center & lightly pour olive oil over top.
Cover with tin foil.
Set the covered dish into your oven & let it bake for about 1 hour.
After an hour of baking, slowly remove the dish from your oven & let it cool until it becomes safe to handle.
Inside a medium sized pan, mix together the teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, water.
Take the mixture & set it on top of the stove.
Set the stove to medium/high heat & periodically stir until it boils.
After its boiled for a little while, turn down the heat so the mixture can simmer.
Inside a bowl, squish together the sides of your garlic head until the pasty roasted garlic has been mushed out. Measure out 2 teaspoons of it & add it to the saucepan.
Mix well with a whisk.
Next, mix in the remaining listed ingredients to the pan & whisk again thoroughly.
Allow the mixture to now simmer for somewhere between 40 & 50 minutes. You are looking for the mixture to have been reduced by about half. It should be thick & syrupy.
Do not let the mixture boil over.
Saucy Jack's Glazed Burgers
2 Cups of Brown Sugar
1-1/2 Cups of Pineapple Juice
1 Cup of Water
1/3 Cup of Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 Cup of White Onion, Finely Minced
1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons of Jack Daniel's Whiskey
3 Tablespoons of Garlic, Minced
1-1/2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Inside a big pan, mix together the brown sugar, water, Teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, & soy sauce.
Heat the mixture over medium/high heat.
Let the mixture come to a boil while stirring every few minutes.
Once it has come to a boil, quickly reduce the temperature to a simmer.
Stir in the remaining listed ingredients.
Allow the mixture to simmer for roughly an hour, or at least until it has reduced by half & has a syrupy consistency.
Do not increase the heat! Heating on low setting is the key to preparing a correct glaze. If your glaze will not reduce, your simmering temperature may be too low.
