Ever since the turn of the new millennium, people have been seeking even more for the answers to the questions of our unknown future, as well as our mysterious beginnings. Scriptures, prophecies, even science has determined that humankind is headed into a revolution, as it were, of body, mind and spirit. Never before have so many been so willing to awaken themselves to their origins, as well as take control of their lives as co-creators of their own reality. These surely are exciting and historical times to be alive.

When I was contacted by Mr. Lken to assist with the editorial process of bringing The Shift in Consciousness into an English translation, I was thrilled. As I read, I discovered hidden truths rising out of his research. Even though this is information Ive known from other sources, somehow bringing it all together in one book make the threads more obvious as to how we are all connected, and that knowledge is an interwoven tapestry, a force field accessible to all. Not only is the collection of information he has obtained intriguing and excellently organized, the range of topics he is able to cover is exceptionally wide and thought-provoking.

What is important to note is that Ms. Bendriss was not apprised of the results of his research. As he asked her questions specific to the topics he was studying, hers was a blind response, as she was unaware of his findings at the time of the sessions. This extraordinary resonance brings even more credibility to the hypotheses put forth and should give readers even more food for thought.

Ever since the end of the 1980s I have had the ability to channel information from various energies, popularly referred to as the other side. I receive information from other dimensions and frequencies. I have also appeared on the Norwegian TV series, Sensing Murder and The Power of the Spirits.

Over the years I have channeled information from several energy-beings such as Wounded Eagle, the Council of Elders and Amu Zhar. These energy-beings have provided me with everything from amazingly beautiful poems to advanced messages about anti-gravity propulsion and the Zero-Point Field.

This advanced information has been supported by research carried out in recent years. I hid the notes relating to all these channeling sessions in a drawer, and it was not until now, 2011, that I realized that all along there has been a plan behind these messages. They are now re-surfacing through this book and serve to support our understanding that there is a higher intelligence out there cooperating with mankind in order to help us over the last hurdle.

I grew up in a family of physicians, in an atheist, academic, scientific environment. I believed that life on Earth was the result of a cosmic accident and there was no such thing as life after death. For me, when we died we were gone forever. I modified this view during my teens, but it wasnt until I became an adult that I experienced an awakening and became passionately interested in finding answers to who we are, where we come from, what we are doing here and where we go when we die.

Over the years I have devoured many books that provided answers to these four questions. I also acquired much knowledge from meditation, various courses, telephone conferences, webinars and films, and by talking and discussing these topics with like-minded souls.

This book contains material from channeling sessions conducted by Lilli over the course of many years and from my own study material that represent our combined ideas about reality. We obtained further information from the Council of Elders on July 29 and August 11, 2010 when we asked a number of questions relating to this book. They explained that they are an intelligent energy operating on a different frequency on the other side and exist in a future when seen from the perspective of how we perceive linear time. I asked the questions and Lilli went into a trance to channel their answers. Everything was recorded and has been included in this book. As you read, you will become acquainted with the Council of Elders and the answers they gave us.

We believe that we create our own reality here on Earth. We are thinking beings, living in a thinking universe, and we possess tremendous powers of creation within ourselves. We are here to discover that we are the Source that expresses and manifests itself through the uniqueness possessed by each and every one of us. You are unique. Your thoughts are like mental fingerprints. No one can think or feel exactly like you do. When you understand that you really are the Source that expresses itself through your uniqueness, you understand that you also possess the most fantastic powers of creation. You have the ability to think independently of circumstances and you can thus also create everything that your heart desires.

During the last few years increasing numbers of people have been experiencing a spiritual awakening. Who we really are, where we come from, what we are doing here and where we are goingthese are all questions with which we are becoming increasingly preoccupied. This awakening is linked to the shift in consciousness that has already started The time has arrived for mankind to embark on the next step in developing from Homo Sapiens to Homo LuminousEnlightened Beings, and this requires a shift in consciousness for the whole of humanity.

Our work on this book has provided us with an understanding of who we are, where we come from, what we are doing here and where we are going that resonates with our common sense. For several years we have been reading and studying spiritual and metaphysical material. This has contributed towards our awakening and provided us with hooks on which to hang our understanding. It has given us more pieces of the jigsaw puzzle and influenced our perception of reality. In this book we have included numerous quotations and references taken from this material. These many references have been included to illustrate the huge range of spiritual and metaphysical literature and research that currently exist that can help us obtain a better understanding of what life is all about. As such, we hope this book and all its references will be of value to you.
