P RESIDENT B ARACK O BAMA , the former constitutional law professor, is at war with the United States Constitution.

Its just not working for him.

He simply cant get Congress to pass his expensive, expansive, big government, nanny-state agenda. Congress is not buying it. Not at all.

So whats a president to do? Obama is a left-wing president who is desperately determined to impose his radical agenda to transform our democratic government and free market economy into his socialist-style ideal before leaving office in 2016. Hes a president who is obsessively fixated on keeping the left in permanent power by turning our two-party system into a one-party monopoly.

For Obama, drastic times called for drastic measures. So, the solution for President Barack Obama was an easy one. He decided to embark on an outrageous and sweeping scheme to decisively and illegally grab power away from the Congress and appropriate it to himself. Under the guise of executive action, he would legislate without the interference of the legislative branch. Under the guise of enforcing the laws, the president would, instead, selectively refuse to enforce the laws. And ultimately, under the guise of reasonableness, the president of the United States would, instead, become utterly intolerant and unquestionably dictatorial. Hed rule on his own.

Thats where things stand right now. Barack Obama has snatched the legitimate constitutional powers of Congress and invested them in himself. Hes illegally exercising them every single day, in every conceivable way.

And he has no plans to stop anytime soon. Make no mistake about it: We need to stop him. Immediately. Because hes getting bolder and bolder. So, our first step must be to win the Senate in 2014. But thats only the beginning. That will keep him at bay for two more years. But our most urgent task is to keep the Democrats out of the White House in 2016. Our energies, money, and passion must be relentlessly focused on electing a Republican president. Because if we fail in 2016, Obamas successor will be emboldened to continue the Obama power grab and we cannot afford the consequences.

If theres any doubt about just how pervasive his usurpation of congressional power has become, take a look at his repeated brazen actions throughout the disastrous implementation of ObamaCare. Without either the permission or agreement of Congress, and without any legal authority to do so, Obama singlehandedly revised important sections of the Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare), substantively amending, changing, reversing, modifying, and even ignoring parts of a valid act of Congress on his own .

Theres no question that it would always be much easier for a president any president to just decree his favorite policies as law, like a king, or a dictator. That would eliminate the tiresome democratic processes that require consulting with Congress, compromising, and providing time and opportunity for citizen input. Reaching out and grabbing the power of Congress is so much more efficient no hassles, no personalities, no drama... and no compromises.

But its also illegal and unconstitutional. And the president of the United States knows that. He knows that hes in charge of making sure that the rule of law is followed, not ignored. Article II, Section 3, of the Constitution unconditionally requires the president to take care that the laws are faithfully executed. But Obama is doing that selectively. If he approves of a law, theres no problem. But if he doesnt, he matter-of-factly changes it or ignores it. In those cases, theres no such thing as faithful execution. To the contrary, theres a faithless disregard for the law and an inexcusable dishonor of the Constitution.

Thats understandable when you realize Obamas disdain for the parts of the Constitution that dont work for him. At a private fund-raiser in May 2013, Obama made an amazing statement and took a swipe at the Founding Fathers, blaming his inability to move his agenda on the disadvantage of having each state represented equally in the Senate.

Apparently, he would prefer the big democratic states to have more votes than the smaller Republican ones. The law professor president seems to have forgotten our history and the protracted debate that resulted in the mandate of two senators from each state.

But at least hes consistent. Its always someone elses fault. Now its not just the Republicans and the Tea Party and FOX News. Its the Founding Fathers, too!

How We Can And Must Stop Him

This book will explain in detail how Obamas dangerous power grabs threaten our liberty, our economy, our livelihood, our values, and our very future and why we must stop the ongoing end run around the Constitution by the Democratic Party. Because the only way that we can restore our democratic system and guarantee our freedom is to get the Democrats out of the White House in 2016. Nothing short of that will work.

And the campaign to elect a Republican president must begin this very minute. It cant wait another day. Its that urgent; its that critical. Now is the time to act.

Ive been in the White House. Ive run successful presidential campaigns. I know whats involved. It takes planning, focus, organizing, and patience. And, most important, it takes a strategy tailored to the unique circumstances of the country and our politics at that moment.

Its Time to Develop a Political Guerrilla War

Here is our strategy: To wage a new kind of political guerrilla war, battling Obama and defeating him each step of the way, each and every day. Throughout this book, we will describe each of Obamas outrageous power grabs, assess its impact, and explain the game plan for the guerrilla war we must fight to stop his tyrannizing of America. We have no choice. As we look around at our political circumstances, its clear that this election cannot be just like any other election. The stakes are way too high.

The new political guerrilla war must be waged house-to-house, hand-to-hand, as we battle each and every regulation, executive order, statutory interpretation, and procedural change to protect our cherished democracy and its vital system of checks and balances. And we will have plenty of ammunition. Obama never stops usurping his power, acting illegally, and endangering our freedom. Well have lots to work with. And, by the time we reach 2016, the reputation of the Obama administration must be in tatters and the democratic candidate must feel the unsupportable weight of the heavy burden of succeeding and defending it. And we need to keep following the likely democratic candidate, Hillary Clinton, never letting up in our bombardment. We have to hold her responsible for Americas global weakness. Weve got to show how she allowed, authorized, and permitted wiretapping by the NSA of foreign leaders to go on. Americans have short memories. Weve got to underscore that ObamaCare was originally HillaryCare and explain how this fundamentally flawed system is her handiwork her dream. Weve got to remind the voters about her history.
