M ore than two decades ago, little Swapnil and Mayur were often found playing in some silent corners, away from the chaos of their peers. The brothers would be seen engaged in building something. It didnt matter whether they had games or equipment or tools or even someone to teach them the next steps. Even at that stage, the duo would build, construct and create from scratch. They had not been afraid to be wrong and to work till the mistakes became achievements. Even today, after all those years of learning and unlearning, the siblings are unafraid, innovative and resourceful about constructing the best out of what life gives them.

Both brothers have degrees in Engineering in Information Technology and Computer Science. Mayur also completed his certification in Cyber Law. Swapnil, the elder of the two siblings, only by a year, has a passion for education. He enjoys studying and spreading the same to eager learners across different platforms. A motivational speaker, visionary and a man of his words, Swapnil is known by all and sundry for being a leader and moving hearts and minds with the clarity in his thoughts and determination of his actions. It is his ideology that acts as the cement in the relation between the brothers.

As a young teenager, Mayur, younger of the two siblings, was immensely attracted to the subject of computer science. Along with studying it as a subject in school, Mayur started exploring the various languages in the world of computers and immersed himself in computer programming, strengthening his basic understanding and working upwards to build new and complicated programs to push his boundaries of knowledge and experience in the subject. During his pursuit his diploma in Computer Technology as a young programmer, Mayur had already started building software and hardware solutions along with a few of his friends for clients from different verticals. With his entrepreneurial skills and sincerity towards development in computer technology, the young engineer has established himself not only as a skilled developer but also as a dedicated professional. This trait reflects strongly in his personal life too, building his character as one which is committed and productive. If Swapnil is the cement of their relationship, Mayur is the brick that helps to build this relationship taller and stronger. Together, they become the depth and strength of a unit that can achieve anything they want. This is one of the most exquisite examples of symbiotic symphony in the world of enterprises. A major challenge that people face is the lack of one or the other element in managing their businesses. If one is creative, one may lack the entrepreneurial streak. If one is great with business development organization and operations, one may be too occupied to build on the product. It is thus only wise to partner up with complementary talents and expertise to build a venture holistically. However, this is much easier said than done. First of all, to find people who share the same passion and equation with you on your vision is a challenge. Secondly, to find cognizance with their talents is a result of multiple permutations and combinations that is a matter of hit or miss. But most importantly, and many who have learned the hard way would nod is vehement agreement, to find a partner in business who you can trust, be in sync with and fall back on unconditionally is a luxury that most entrepreneurs do not find. In such a scenario, it is more than obvious why Swapnil and Mayur, brothers by birth and friends by fortune, decided to become co-founders of their dream child. Not only do they complement each other in their skills and nature, but also trust and support each other incessantly, that makes for a classic formula for a perfect yet effortless relationship between the two.

Thus began the siblings journey into the professional world as partners. With the experience that Mayur had gained working in freelance projects in different realms include software and hardware solutions, web-designing, digital marketing and other technical expertise related to computer technology. However, when taking on a more organized and scaled approach in an effort to form a structured work flow, Swapnil came in with his expertise of structural and operational strategies. This helped to build the selection and extent of services that their enterprise would provide. Eventually, with research, experience and logical validation, they summed up their core services as Digital Marketing, Website Development, Mobile App Development and Software Development. With their USP as being creativity in the technical solutions they provide along with incomparable client service, the brothers established their dream venture in the name of The Horizon Technologies, an IT & Digital Media firm, that officially came into operation in the year 2013.
