Praise for
STOP Wasting Your Precious Time
"I love this book! Not just because of the practical suggestions for getting the important things done; but for the clarity of the ideas, the to the point descriptions of actions to be taken, and the brief reminders of the specific actions you should take at the end of each chapter.
- Harold Taylor, CSP

As a psychotherapist, I often treat disorganized clients who manage their time poorly and this is the perfect book to turn that around. The organization of the book itself is terrificreadable, action-oriented, chunked down, and user friendly. I love that there are numerous strategies to choose from, not simply a one-size-fits-all method.

Table of Contents
Preface
Welcome. I hope youre as excited as I am, because together were about to change your life! Congratulations on taking the first step towards a more efficient life.
When I teach classes and coach clients on time management, I hear one complaint over and over:
I have so much to do, and I work really hard, but certain people (my coworkers, boss, family, customers, etc.) and certain things (my cell phone, incoming emails, texts, and more) keep wasting my time! How do I get them to stop?
Does this sound familiar? If only these time wasters would leave us alone! Whether you work for a huge corporation, a medium sized business or nonprofit, or even if youre self-employed, the problem is never all them a lot of it is us our own poor work habits, inefficient set-up of our workspaces, and failure to focus on our own top priorities.
This book is dedicated to eliminating (or at least reducing) the biggest distractions, habits and situations that waste your time at work (and elsewhere), and to helping you regain the precious hours youve been losing every week in non-productive and low-priority activities.
The Problem: We all have a lot to do. Companies are trying to go lean and accomplish more with fewer resources. The pace of change in the world keeps accelerating, making it harder for us to keep up, and the expectations of what we should accomplish in one lifetime have grown exponentially as enhanced communication has made anything seem possible.
But we still have just 24 hours in a day, and most of us spend at least eight of them working. When we waste any portion of those hours, we have less time to accomplish all that we want to do. Its frustrating, and its sad.
