- 4 bread slices
- 2 eggs, whisked
- teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- cup ghee, melted
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the cinnamon, sugar and the ghee and whisk.
- Dip the bread slices in this mix, place them in a sous vide bag, seal it, introduce in your sous vide machine and cook them at 147 degrees F for 1 hour.
- Serve right away for breakfast.
