I would like to thank Clancy Briggs, my co-writer, who helped me get this book together even though she was dealing with four kids, one of whom was a newborn. How you did it, Ill never know, but you have my eternal thanks you are a truly talented writer and friend.

I would also like to thank my fellow Stay at Home Mum directors, Nicole Millard and Chris Gryg, for letting me off my work duties to fulfil my dream of writing a book. And for never thinking Im bonkers, when I usually am.

To Kate my bff, neighbour and personal assistant you make my life so easy. Thanks for putting up with me when my head is in the clouds.

I would like to thank Lydia, my food editor, for editing all my recipes and making sure they tasted as good as they possibly could.

Finally, I would like to thank my family Brendan and the boys, Mum & Dad and all my friends, who have supported me and had faith that I could pull this off. Thanks for being there.
