ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Geoff Garvey lives in a mountain village in the Sierra de Cdiz with his wife and (muchof the time) neighbours dog, Tobi. Favourite activities when not blinkingat a computer screen include bracing hikes, languid venta lunches andcatching up with political scandals and football gossip at the village bar.He also co-authors the Rough Guide to Crete.
Mark Ellingham set up Rough Guides in 1982, writing the first four books, and was serieseditor for more than twenty years. He now publishes environment and musicbooks for Profile/Serpents Tail, co-publishes Sort Of Books and is acontributing editor to Songlines, the world music magazine. He is also atrustee of the rainforest charity Cool Earth, and of Camara, which sendsrefurbished computers to Africa.
