Black pepper 1 tsp. Chili powder 1/8 tsp. Cloves Direction

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Heat and use to baste meats or fish.
  3. Yields 2 cups.
Caribbean Jerk Rub
Ingredients 2 T. Dried minced onion 1 T. Garlic powder 4 tsp. Dry thyme leaves, crushed 2 tsp.

Salt 2 tsp. Ground allspice 1/2 tsp. Ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 T. Sugar 2 tsp. Black pepper 1 tsp.

Cayenne pepper Direction

  1. In jar with tight? Fitting lid, shake together all ingredients.
  2. Store tightly covered at

Cajun Seasoning
Ingredients 2 T. paprika 2 tsp. Salt 2 tsp. Onion powder 2 tsp. Garlic powder 2 tsp. ground white pepper 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper 1 tsp. ground black pepper 1 tsp.

Dry thyme leaves 1 tsp. Oregano leaves Direction

  1. In jar with tight? Fitting lid, shake together all ingredients.
  2. Store tightly covered at

Mediterranean Rub
Ingredients 1/3 C. thinly sliced garlic cloves 1/3 C. Fresh rosemary leaves 1/4 C. Fresh sage leaves 1/4 C. Coarsely ground black pepper 2 T.

Salt Direction

  1. Combine ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Process until garlic, herbs
  3. And lemon zest is chopped finely and ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
  5. Makes about 1 cup.
Sesame Marinade
Ingredients 1 T. Finely shredded lime peel 1/3 C. Lime juice3 T. vegetable oil 1 T. Sesame oil 1/4 tsp. salt 2 T.

Brown Sugar Twin (sugar substitute) 1 tsp. Sesame seeds Direction

  1. 1 to 4 hours.
  2. Prepare meat for grill, reserving marinade.
  3. Combine 1/4 cup
