Parts and Components
Most parts can be obtained at well-equipped local electronics hobbyist stores, or online at websites like Mouser or DigiKey. Some of these projects may have a few expensive components (unfortunately this is unavoidable, as these high-performance, high-power components have substantial material requirements) that can sometimes be found at reduced prices in the used or secondary markets. A few components are the proprietary design of Information Unlimited, as either these parts did not exist at all, or finding a reliable source proved exceedingly difficult. So, they are manufactured directly and available at www.amazing1.com for a nominal cost. You may still be able to find them from other sources through diligent search, or the experienced fabricator may be able to build them in-house. If any components prove difficult to find, all parts are available at this website individually, or as complete kits to be assembled (a full build of the device is still required; see each chapters Difficulty and Tools sections for assembly overview).
