Vicky Hampton, a British-born Amsterdammer, is a writer, cook and avid foodie who has lived and worked the Netherlands since 2006. Her website, amsterdamfoodie.nl , focuses on reviews and recommendations of Amsterdam restaurants, as well as other culinary travel writing.

Phil Lee has been writing for Rough Guides for well over twenty years. His other books in the series include the Netherlands, Norway, Norfolk & Suffolk, Mallorca & Menorca and Belgium & Luxembourg. He lives in Nottingham, where he was born and raised.

Emma Thomson is an award-winning freelance travel writer and a member of the British Guild of Travel Writers.
