My agent specifically told the girl, You are a model! And models dont eat CHOCOLATE! I was standing there quietly freaking out. What? Really? Models dont eat chocolate? My life is over if models dont eat chocolate, because chocolate, raw chocolate specifically, is one of my true food pleasures and something I eat nearly every day.
This was also the same agent who almost fell off her chair when I told her that I ate a whole bag of cashews for dinner the night before. She said that if I kept that up, I would get fat! Well, I still eat chocolate and cashews, and Im still a model, and Im not fat. The truth is that models eat whatever they want. Models do eat chocolate. And models do eat pizza. And sugar.
And all kinds of other foods. We love to eat and most of us also love to cook. Today, we even love to post about it on social media and write books about what to eat and how to eat, because hey, we are models and looking good and feeling good is our job. Its also something we are constantly asked about. People always want to know what we eat, how much we eat, and so on. It often makes me uncomfortable, because a lot of the models and celebrities I advise want to eat exactly what I eat, but healthy eating doesnt work that way.
