  • 200 g nnd muhrm (ntrr to normal muhrm, canned mushrooms are lw FODMAP up t 150 g per rtn)

Instructions

  1. On evening before: ut th tmh nt mll . Prr th mrnd b putting th ingredients fr the marinade tgthr in a bwl. Add th of tmh and tr untl ll the tmh h bn vrd wth th mrnd. Cover th bwl wth lng film nd ut the tmh n th frdg vrnght to mrnt.
  2. The next d: brng a pan wth water to bl.
  3. Cut th bk h nt . Drn the mushrooms and rn thm.
  4. Ht m oil r bkng r in a pan. Add the tempeh nd fr fr 10-15 minutes n mdum heat untl the tempeh has browned and gt a slightly crunchy crust.
  5. Add th mushrooms, bean rut nd bk h nd fry fr a fw mnut. Sn wth r nd salt.
  6. In th mntm, boil the soba ndl according t th ntrutn n th kg.
  7. Drain th b ndl whn th r dn nd stir n a tablespoon f soy u.
  8. Put th tempeh nd th vgtbl n a lt nd ut th b ndl n t. Srnkl some sesame d over th b ndl.

  • 200 g chickpea flur
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 600 ml wtr
  • A lrg nh f lt
  • Black r
  • Fresh rmr (drd l k, but frh tt better!)

Instructions

  1. Put the hk flur nt a bowl. Add m lt nd blk r. Pur th wtr nt th bwl slowly whl trrng continuously, untl u gt a smooth mixture wthut n lum.
  2. Lv th mxtur to rest fr at least 4 hur. Check th bttr every hur. If fm forms on t f the batter, rmv t wth a tul. Str the bttr thrugh after that.
  3. Pre-heat th vn t 200 dgr Clu (390 dgr Fahrenheit).
  4. Stir th lv l into th bttr.
  5. Grease th tn or n with lv oil. Pur th batter n and rnkl rmr nd blk r n t.
  6. Bk th frnt for about 35 minutes n th vn.
  7. Cut the frnt n unul trngl. I ut mine nt 10 pieces. It lvl a nk wth m drinks r as a side dish.
