You have come to the right place. I am going to provide you with the solution for your digestive problems. This solution will heal your gut, balance your spirit, and result in a healthier and happier you.
A healthy intestine is a very important aspect of our overall well-being. In fact, up to 90 percent of our bodys serotonin (our happy hormone) is produced in our intestinal tract. That means that healing your gut can make you happy from the inside out. A healthy intestine has also been linked with better immunity, greater energy, and sharper focus. Dont those sound amazing?

How am I so certain? For starters, I have been a medical doctor for more than twenty years and have educated countless residents and fellows along the way. As a reconstructive pelvic surgeon who has operated on hundreds of women, I have intimate knowledge of the anatomy of the intestines and understand the role of that anatomy on bowel health. I have counseled patients about their gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms and am well aware of the role of diet in improving quality of life. I have published more than ninety-five academic articles and know the ins and outs of all the research.
But that is not the main reason I can help you.
The main reason is, I am just like you. I have IBS. And I have been there. Wearing loose clothes so that my bloated belly wouldnt hurt as the day went on. Sleepless nights in and out of the bathroom. Wondering if I would ever figure out which foods were triggering my symptoms.
