Dedication
This book is dedicated to my wife, Elizabeth, who daily provides me with new inspiration to live; to my parents, Ed and Jessie, whose relentless generosity has allowed me to pursue my dreams; my sister, Betsy, the family's best athlete; and to my brother, Brad, my lifelong friend.
-A.C.
This book is dedicated to my wife, Delight, who during 23 years of being a coach's wife has, too often, had to be both a father and a mother at the same time, yet still fills my life with love; to my son, Scott, whom I have enjoyed coaching both in high school and college, and who has been able to express this offense on the field as no other quarterback; and to my daughter, Kelly, who has grown into a beautiful young woman right before my eyes.
-D.R.

Acknowledgments
Football is more than any other thing, a game that belongs to the players, and players are what make us successful. We would like to acknowledge the long list of players we have had the good fortune to come in contact with in our programs. Their ingenuity, resourcefulness, creativity, and dedication have all been factors in our success. Clearly, we could have no success throwing the football without their collective talents. We would specifically like to acknowledge the superior quarterbacks and receivers we have worked with who gave life to the concepts expressed within this book.
While too many people have contributed, either directly or indirectly, to what has been assembled here to be fully credited, we would specifically like to acknowledge two men whose influence is evident throughout the book. Ed Zaunbrecher, now head coach at Northeast Louisiana, and Jerry Sullivan, receivers coach with the San Diego Chargers, assembled a pass offense at L.S.U. that was ahead of its time. Not only are their tactical ideas owed a great debt by this manual, but their understanding of and attention to technique and detail as well.
As our careers unfold, we become increasingly aware of the impact that the good coaches around us have on our professional development. The camaraderie of a football staff and the relationships built at camps, through recruiting, sharing ideas, and during college visits, as well as the mutual respect opponents share both on and off the field, all serve to help define us as coaches, and impact and motivate us in positive ways. The list of coaches who have had a positive impact on us would be incomplete without the mention of the men below. They all have helped influence our careers, shared long hours with us, seen the highs and lows that football can bring, and have contributed to our development in many ways. Without our contacts with these coaches, and others too numerous to be individually mentioned, this book would not have become a reality. We both gratefully acknowledge our relationships with these men.

Foreword
The "Bunch" package presented in this material introduces a fun and imaginative way to add a new look to your multiple formation look.
Coach Coverdale and Robinson have compiled one of the most complete outlines of this principle that I have seen. Its detail and comprehensive approach will be an excellent guide for you to use in implementing these concepts into your offense.
We have used the "Bunch" offense a great deal the last four years with the Minnesota Vikings and feel it is a viable part of our complete offensive package.
Whether you use multiple sets in your offensive scheme or are just looking for something new to add as a change up to your normal offensive scheme, you will find "The Bunch Attack" a valuable part of your coaching library.
