Sarah Kosar | Writer Sarah is an internationally produced and published playwright. She was one of the Old Vic 12 in 2017/2018 and is the recipient of an Exceptional Promise in Playwriting visa. Theatre includes: Mumburger (off the WALL productions, Carnegie Stage American premiere; Old Red Lion, The Archivists Gallery London); Our Name Is Not John (Old Vic 12 2017/2018 reading, Old Vic); Hot Dog (The Last Refuge London, Thinking Cap Theatre American premiere); Spaghetti Ocean (Live Lunch reading, Royal Court); Big Body, Tiny Head (short audio play, Royal Court); Butter Brain (commission Young and Talented, Broadway Theatre/Theatre Royal Stratford East); Human Suit (First Drafts reading at The Yard, longlisted for Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting). Sarah holds an MA in Writing for Stage and Broadcast Media from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. She also has a BA in Theatre and a BA in Film from Penn State University.
She works full-time as the Director of Talent at music-tech start-up ROLI in Dalston, London. Sara Joyce | Director Sara most recently directed Dust by Milly Thomas (Soho Theatre, Trafalgar Studios); Hunch by Kate Kennedy (Assembly, Edinburgh); Best Life by Tamar Broadbent (Underbelly, Edinburgh). Other directing credits include Scar Test by Hannah Khalil (Soho Theatre); The Win Bin by Kate Kennedy, Three Short Beckett Plays by Samuel Beckett (Old Red Lion Theatre). Sara is an Associate Artist with Pan Pan Theatre Company. She was a director with Old Vic 12, Resident Director at Almeida Theatre and Resident Assistant Director at Soho Theatre. Sara was shortlisted for the KSF Emerging Artist Award, is a recipient of the Deutsche Bank Award for Creative Enterprises and received an Off West End nomination for Best Director.
