Introduction
We love Hells Kitchen, and we are looking through the seasons for meals we like, hate, and those we wish are different. Either way, we hope our recipes get the approval of the chef himself Gordon Ramsey.
1. Paula Beef Wellington
It has got to be the most cooked Ramsey dish in Hells Kitchen. This is our take, and it is good too.
Cook time 65 minutes
Serves 2
Ingredients
Method
Sear the seasoned beef on all sides to brown and set aside
When cook brush with mustard and cool
Blend the dried tomatoes and garlic with a little oil and scoop into a bowl
Lay a cling film on the table, layer with the bacon, spread the tomatoes over the bacon, and place the mustard bacon
Wrap as tightly as possible with the cling and refrigerate to hold its shape
Roll the pastry out thinly and egg wash with the yolk, and place the roll and wrap with the pastry
Allow to rest, brush again, and bake for 40 minutes
Rest and slice to serve
2. Super Crispy Pan-Fried Salmon
It is easy to get fish overcooked, but this recipe will have you licking your fingers and crunching away.
Cook time 10 minutes
Serves 2
Ingredients
Method
Ensure you are using a non-stick pan and salmon straight out of the fridge and score it
Mix the seasoning together and pat the salmon dry
Preheat the pan for 5 to 8 minutes, and it should be searing hot
Massage a little oil over the salmon, season the skin and add a tbsp to the hot pan
Place the salmon skin side down; do not be tempted to lift
Season the flesh and flip when you can see some cooking halfway up the fish
Let it cook almost to the middle and serve
3. Lemony Buttery Pan-Seared Chicken Breast
Chicken breasts can go dry in a matter of minutes, but they are juicy and taste divine too.
Cook time 30 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients
Method
Season the chicken with salt and pepper
Heat the pan and add the oil until it looks light but not smoky
Next, add the chicken and cook 6 minutes on each side
Add the shallots, garlic and chili. Then, cook for a minute more
Then, add the butter, swirling around to cook for another 3 minutes
Allow the chicken to rest before slicing, add the lemon to the pan before drizzling the sauce over it
4. Spicy & Sweet Tempura Batter Deep Fried John Dory
The elegant white fish is taken to flavors. It is a great fish dish for afternoon chips and ketchup.

If the batter is actually too thick, add water to loosen it

Serve as desired
