DEDICATION

I dedicate this to all those who fought against a better armed, better equipped oppressor and, through ingenuity, resourcefulness and heart, they prevailed against all odds. The overcoming of obstacles, the use of weapons, high and low technology and warfare are all aspects of Baba Ogun the Spirit of Iron and War and these great warriors were and are the personification of that Spirit. Ogun Ye, Mo Ye! Ogun awon! Ogun lives, so I live. WE are Ogun!

What this book is about

Weapons are meant to keep you alive. They dont have to be complicated; they just have to work. Face it, guns are designed for one purpose and one purpose only: to kill. Whether what you kill is another human being or an animal, firearms are designed for the purpose of killing.

Often, you will hear or read just having the visible means to defend your family is all it takes to ward off potential trouble. or just knowing residents have firearms in their homes prompts criminals to move on to easier targets. This is exactly right for white folks. Encouraging criminals to bypass your home because they know you have weapons and are not afraid to use them is a great strategy unless the police those who are supposedly sworn to protect and serve you are your enemies.

It is NOT a wise or safe strategy for Afrikans (i.e. people of Afrikan descent throughout the Diaspora) to broadcast we are armed. Philando Castile was

As of July 1, 492 people were fatally shot by the police. This does not take into account the numerous deaths from beatings with weapons and unarmed strangulation, choking and other asphyxiations. We Afrikans are 3 times more likely to be murdered by the police than white people and fewer than 1 in 3 Afrikans murdered by police in America were suspected of a violent crime or armed.

The police are NOT our friends. And looking at history, the stats and how we have to maneuver every day of our lives to stay safe from them, it is safe to say, without doubt, the police are our enemies.

So, if we are wise, we dont broadcast that we are armed. To anyone.

In fact, this book is written to help you become wiser in how you arm yourself slicker, savvier, more discreet.

Now, this book is not for everyone. Some of you may object on some grounds that the information contained herein is unfit for public consumption; that by writing this book, the enemy will know our strategies and our thinking. Some may raise a moral or religious objection saying I have no business telling people how to hurt and possibly kill another human being. Do unto others; turn the other cheek; blah, blah, skippy-wee.

Guess what: the enemy already has this information. They already know well how to hurt and kill others, and do it with impunity. As far as strategy goes, I dont discuss my personal strategies in public or with those not in my trusted circles. I give you things that work things that are effective and efficient; things you can tweak and make them fit YOU. But dont get it twisted, how I and my comrades and family move and operate will NEVER be discussed with you unless you are in my personal circle and trusted. YOU should do the same.

The knowledge I share in this book is geared toward Afrikans. It is designed to give you an edge over all the predators, supremacists Trump-Era ones and the preceding and future ones, too punk ass abusive spouses and pieces of feces that are just looking to make an easy mark of you.

Some may raise objections on legal grounds. Yes its true, some of the techniques may not be legal and depending on how you use this information, you could find yourself in a whole heap of trouble with the law should you employ any of the techniques found within.

I dont want you breaking the law, although, truth be told, this is a lawless system and the law is designed to benefit the haves and to control the have-nots. Make no mistake. Just know that the techniques shared in this book are powerful and dangerous. Im simply giving you some options in the event you or someone you love is threatened with death or great bodily harm. These techniques are to be used only in life or death situations. In such situations, if you worry about whether what you do to survive is in accordance with your local laws, you probably wont survive anyway, so no worries. If you DO survive, I guarantee the law wasnt your concern until after you were somewhere safe. THEN you can decide whether calling the police an established enemy of Afrikan people is the best course of action for YOU.

What about Firearms?

This book is not about acquiring and using TRADITIONAL firearms. There are plenty of good books available on that subject already. This is all about what you are going to do when the government puts the clamps down on privately owned firearms. Or if you possess firearms but now there is no more ammunition. Or you live in an area where firearm ownership is restricted. Or you find yourself under attack with no firearm at hand.

What about Unarmed Self-Defense?

This book is not about traditional, unarmed self-defense. There are plenty of good books on that subject. I have written a few check out The Afrikan Warriors Bible or The Young Afrikan Warriors Guide to Defeating Bullies and Trolls . THEN get some professional training from a qualified self defense instructor if you are really serious about learning self defense. And Im not talking about getting your yellow belt from twenty year old, self-proclaimed Master down at the dojo in the local strip mall.

Find a reputable instructor with years preferably decades of experience in practical self-defense. In Atlanta, where I live, there are a few reputable schools (VERY few). Of course, I recommend the Afrikan Martial Arts Institute, but find the one that is the best fit for you.

This book specifically deals with the little discussed world of makeshift weapons. Whether you call them Impromptu Weapons, Makeshift Weapons, or Improvised Weapons, these are all items that are not normally used for weapons, but, in the right hands, can be deadly.

This is not the study of traditional martial arts weaponry. There is some debate among instructors whether traditional weaponry should be studied at all. Some argue that the study of traditional martial arts weaponry cuts into the already limited workout time. Others argue that, from a practical standpoint, learning to be proficient with something like a set of middle staff or nunchaku (i.e. karate sticks or nunchuks) certainly looks cool, but the odds youll happen to have this particular tool available in public when needed is probably pretty remote. And if you are walking down the street with nunchaku in your pants, theres a good chance youll face arrest for carrying a concealed or dangerous weapon.

I will simply say people arguing against training in traditional martial arts weapons really dont understand or have never experienced combat martial arts. You cannot practice ANY traditional, indigenous COMBAT martial art without learning weapons as all arts of combat are weapon-based. NO military EVER went into battle with just their flesh. Flesh against wood, stone, iron, steel, or obsidian usually loses. Unarmed combat is a LAST resort when you have lost your weapon or are attacked on the rare occasion you are unarmed.
