Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place a large saucepan over high heat. Add in the water and dash of salt. Once the water comes to a boil, add in the quick cooking oars and bring back to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add in the shredded cheddar cheese, whole milk, unsalted butter, Worcestershire sauce, ground red pepper and powdered garlic. Stir well to evenly mixed. Once the butter has melted, add in the eggs and stir well to incorporate.
5. Grease a large baking dish with cooking spray. Pour in the grits mixture. Sprinkle the smoked paprika over the top along with the grated parmesan cheese.
6. Place into the oven to bake for 1 hour.
7. Remove and set aside to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

- cup of powdered sugar
- 2 containers of icing
- 2 Tablespoons of cream cheese, soft
