Gunnar does a great job at explaining leadership in such a way that is interesting and thought provoking. I enjoyed the history lessons and the personal stories that he shared. It is truly a great lesson on everyday leadership in the workplace. Thanks for providing such a great resource for leaders so that we can improve.

It is my great pleasure to read Gunnars book. I have only known Gunnar for a short time, but in the few days we have shared, I can tell you he is the real deal. Gunnars expressions of faith and belief are practical as well as im portant in a dying world. I enjoyed the explanations that accompanied his faith and belief stories. In a dying world, he gives a ray of sunshine. To find that the younger generation is looking at and discovering the true meaning of life and life after death is truly a blessing. Thank you, Dr. Gunnar T, for sharing your message with us.

Dr. Gunnar Thelander attempts what I called a Unified-Field Theory of Life. Many authors address one or two aspects of a persons life (e.g., health and money), but Gunnar attempts to offer his remedies on most of a persons life concerns. On the whole, the book is optimistic: He reminds the reader of the importance of individuals trying to change the world for the better (ignoring todays mindsets, that used to be the norm, not the exception). In addition, he stresses that change is difficult, important, and possible. The author quotes his favorite philosophers and visionaries, and he tries to get people to look up from their own navels (a daunting task indeed).

The Ergonomics of Life surprises with deep wisdom at its root and innovative strategies on every page. Offbeat witticisms sneak themselves into each chap ter as Gunners broad background connects wellness with success in every area of life. Forget rigid notions you have about ergonomics, nutrition, and productivity. The Ergonomics of Life empowers you to live the life you want to lead with balance and finesse, not drudgery and stress.

I like what you have put together. It will be a great gift and resource for folks when you speak or on its own. I really like the approach to attitude with antidotes related to your own experience throughout your book. From discomfort in the form of a crown to the life lessons of the centenarian woman Okinawa, the book's continued scientific support made it work for me. Its a surprisingly easy read.

Gunnar Thelander, in his book, Ergonomics of Life, goes in much detail and great wisdom of how people can be the most efficient and productive in all areas of life. From relationships to money to time, stress, and faith, Gun nar covers the gamut of all aspects of the human experience to create an easy to read, how-to manual for virtually anything in life you may be struggling with and need a little help.
The applications at the end of the chapters make a great way to apply the knowledge of the information in each chapter and do some inner work and reflection for personal growth. I highly recommend Ergonomics of Life to anyone who wants practical help and guidance to live an extraordinary life!

E RGONOMICS IS A big buzzword in todays working world, isnt it?
We all want our chairs to be like zero-gravity recliners so we can lean back and picture ourselves somewhere tropical. We want unlimited coffee and refreshments anytime we want it. We even want our trash cans to be within arms reach or at least within shooting distance for our crumpled-up papers. Two points!
