In addition, Cindy has been a venture capitalist, angel and/or founder in emerging software companies including: Corent Technology, CoursePeer, Eloqua, Kula, LyfeUp, Emotionalcloud.com, and TouchTown TV. She is an AI thought contributor with Forbes Media, and is recognized for her thought leadership in SaaS, Collaboration and AI & technology emergence, with over published books. She is the 2019 recipient of the MindBridge AI Impact Leader of the Year award, the 2017 Startup Canada National and Regional Entrepreneurship Award Winner, the 2017 CATA & EY Sara Kirke Award for Innovation Leadership, and a 2012 Governor General Award.
