  • tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp strawberry jam
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 or 2 strawberries for garnish
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
2. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth batter forms.
3. Pour mixture into a mug and microwave on high for 30 to 45 seconds or until cake sets in the center.
4. Remove cake and let cool.
5. Garnish with strawberries and serve.

4. Add more dressing if needed and serve.
